I bought this item after trying several others from various sources that fell short of the criteria I was looking for. I did not buy it to make crepe flowers, so the wire stems and florist tape will be used for another project. What I was looking for was strong crepe paper that could be cut into long, thin strips for a project with kids, I felt like Goldilocks trying to find paper that fit the bill. Some were too thin, almost more like tissue paper and the stronger ones came in precut 12" squares. These were just right for my purpose. It can be cut into long lengths and has the gumption to hold upto kids' eager hands.
